MATERIAL CARE

Twelve AM jewellery is designed with the intention of creating lasting pieces to be treasured for generations. We use high quality materials sourced locally from trusted suppliers. To maintain the integrity of these materials, it is recommended that precautions be taken when wearing your jewellery to prevent wear and tear and oxidisation. We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, cleaning, and sleeping.

Jewellery should be stored individually in its original pouch when not being worn to prevent scratching or oxidisation from other metals. You should also avoid contact with perfumes and lotions.

 

CLEANING

We recommend cleaning your gold and diamond jewellery with specialised jewellery cleaner from a trusted brand such as Hagerty Jewel Clean, before rinsing your jewellery with warm water and rubbing dry with a polishing cloth.

For sterling silver, we recommend using a silver polish followed by a polishing cloth.

Alternatively, you can take your pieces to be professionally cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner at your local jewellery store.
